Well I am just a lady who loves to cook. I am usually “by the book” when it comes to following recipes because, after all recipes are a science. The purpose of my site is for me to try recipes and for me to “dish” on those recipes with you. I will always do my best to empathize with those who use my site and make it as easy as it can be for you to get your tush in that kitchen and cook up a storm or at least some yummys. You will find that I dish on the non-necessary info after the instructions because hey I don’t know the time you may have.

I am a huge fan of Weight Watchers. I have followed it for quite a bit and am at 19 BMI. I love how each individual can make it work for themselves. I will add the points to the recipes I have the data necessary. If I find a little time I may just try to figure them out based on ingredients. Please feel free to ask me any questions about how I have made WW work for me.

I work quite a bit so there may be points where I do not post forĀ a few days. I will do my best to be consistent with applicable content.
